About Us

The library of an institute serves as a platform for the students and faculty members to constructively participate in the process of knowledge consumption and knowledge creation. IIM Sirmaur, in its endeavor to become an elite management institute, is focused on developing a state-of-the-art library.

The institute has an in-house library well equipped with both print and electronic resources. The library has a very rich collection of over 1,90,000 e-books, e-journals, and 7,000+ Newspapers and Magazines. The library is subscribing to electronic resources like ABI Inform Complete (Proquest), ACE Database (Equity, KP, MF), Business Source Complete -EBSCO, CRISIL Research, Ebook Central - ProQuest, Emerald Insight, EPWRF-India Time Series, Euromonitor Passport,PressReader, Elsevier Science Direct eJournals, and Statista, etc. Besides, a Bloomberg terminal also provides access to the real-time financial data service.

The library is spacious, air-conditioned with ergonomically designed furniture & fittings, managed by a highly dedicated team of professionals and catering to the information needs of faculty members and students. All housekeeping operations are automated using state-of-the-art library management system (Koha).
