IIM Sirmaur Library holds a rich collection of printed and electronic resources, including books, journals, E-Databases, E-Journals, E-Books etc. The library is subscribing to electronic resources like ABI Inform Complete (Proquest), ACE Database (Equity, KP, MF), Business Source Complete -EBSCO, CRISIL Research, Ebook Central - ProQuest, Emerald Insight, EPWRF-India Time Series, Euromonitor Passport, PressReader, Elsevier Science Direct e-Journals, and Statista, etc. The Library offers convenient campus-wide access to digital resources through its subscription to e-databases & e-journals and also facilitates finding out the real-time availability of library materials. The library has a subscription to "ProQuest-Ebook Central," providing over 1,90,000 e-books and a sufficient number of print books, approx. 3000 available in the library covering management and allied subjects.
The library has subscribed to a wide range of print journals, magazines and e-journals. E-journals include Business Source Complete -EBSCO, Elsevier Science Direct e-Journals, Emerald e-Journal Premier, JSTOR, Oxford Handbook Online, ProQuest ABI Inform Complete, and Taylor & Francis.

To promote usage of IIM Sirmaur library's rich resources, the library conducts monthly quiz program callled 'Who Wants to be a Library Champion' (W2LC), which started in October 2018. The motto behind this quiz program is to engage with patrons and help them explore library resources. Winners of this quiz program get Book My Show vouchers which they can redeem within one year. The huge response received for this initiative is a good indicator of library-patron engagement.
